What we collect
When you request a reservation we collect your name, email address, travel dates and any notes you choose to share. We use this only to answer your request and prepare your stay.
How we use it
We never sell your data. We share it only with the people who need it to look after you, such as our reservations team, and with payment providers when you pay a deposit.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as Moroccan law requires, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to hello@myhotel.ma.
